Zero Assoluto are two young Romans who have been working in the music production world since their teenage years.
They entered the music scene with songs like "Ultimo capodanno" and "Come voglio" which embrace their passion for rap and hip hop. However, "Scendi" is their first full album and they move away from the playful rap of the early days.
Thanks to the collaboration with Danilo Pao (Niccolò Fabi) and Enrico Sognato, they found a certain melody and musicality that give life to songs like "Mezz'ora" and "Minimalismi" with lyrics that speak of simplicity, everyday life, and feelings. This is truly the album's and the group's strong point, the ability to speak about everyday emotions with a simplicity that involves everyone, yet without ever being banal and superficial, quite the opposite.
The album also has a new, fun, and original sound; in short, a breath of fresh air from the usual Italian pop song. Must-hear tracks: 40 mq-Minimalismi- Tu come stai- Mezz'ora- Scendi. And, awaiting the new album, because Zero Assoluto make music for passion and not to meet contract obligations, and the songs come about spontaneously when there is something to say, they have released the singles "Semplicemente" and "Svegliarsi la mattina", both with great success.
"Scendi," therefore, as a debut, shows great promise.
"There's nothing that relaxes me like now."
"It annoys me — stopped in traffic, on a scooter, diverging, accelerating trying to escape."
