Among the floppy cookie records, "Significant Other" stands out to me much more than the others (if not just this one). Fluid rapping, scratching, and guitar riffs perfectly blended ("Just Like This", "I'm Broke", "9 Teen 90 Nine"), controlled anger ("Trust?"), and very well-placed melodic interludes ("Nobody Like You", "No Sex", "Re-Arranged"). And it has a far superior chocolate flavor compared to the following one. But excuse me, isn't the beat of "Show Me What You Got" copied from the same LB in "My Generation", "Head For The Barricade", and "Phenomenon"?
