Banco del Mutuo Soccorso Urgentissimo
Voto:
I also love the first three albums by Banco, the rest I'm less familiar with. However, this record deserves at least 3 stars: some songs are really enjoyable, Di Giacomo (a well-deserved tribute) is great, and the band is too.
Kylie Minogue Kiss Me Once
Voto:
A lot of rhetoric for little or almost nothing. Minogue is a step above certain rubbish that is rampant on MTV, but the level is barely more than mediocre.
David Crosby Croz
Voto:
A pleasant comeback, there's no denying it. I haven't listened to the album, but it seems to me of a quality that has become very rare. Review: 4.
Queen Made In Heaven
Voto:
A rather empty and useless album (only useful for May and his pals). I save the Queen discography up to '80 and a few scattered tracks from the following years (I can't save anything from "Made In Heaven"). Review: 2 Album: 1.
Eugenio Finardi Fibrillante
Voto:
I've lost sight of it for a long time too. A pleasant return for an honest album, even if I don't think it will fully convince me (I’m also thinking of the more "social" tracks, in particular). Review: 4.
Beck One Foot in the Grave
Voto:
Another interesting artist I haven't listened to much, though. Review: 4.
Bryan Adams Bare Bones
Voto:
Great review. Adams' music is quite enjoyable, but I've always found it rather mediocre. Review: 4. Album: 3.
Pink Floyd The Division Bell
Voto:
It seems to me that the review mainly refers to tracks like "Keep Talking," "Poles Apart," "Lost For Words," and "High Hopes," in which the reference to themes such as incomunicabilità and solitude is more explicit. For my part, it's an excellent album, albeit with a few forgettable moments, a worthy final act of the Pink Floyd. Review: 4. Album: 5.
Nena ? Fragezeichen
Voto:
Great review, as always, and interesting proposal. Review rating: 5.
Bruce Springsteen The Rising
Voto:
I’ve only heard a few songs from this album at a concert on MTV, several years ago. They seemed good to me: they show that Springsteen had and still has a lot to say. Ratings: 4-4
