Alessandra Celletti Black Baby (Scott Joplin)
Voto:
Hi Gabbox, I’m particularly passionate about jazz music and wanted to start with some work by Charlie Parker or Chet Baker. But then I don’t know why I started off like that: maybe because I was influenced by the other reviews dedicated to the celletti these days. I believe this will probably be my only "classical" music review even though Scott Joplin is a bit of a middle ground... almost jazz. I’d like to include the samples but I’m not sure if I can manage it...

Hey HAL, I didn't know that here on Debaser you could also do concert reviews... how lucky to have attended this one by Lou Reed.

Yes Gabbox, but it's obvious that when someone writes a review, they are expressing their point of view. A review is never truly objective. How could it be? Or not?

Hi otello.celletti. Is that you... the famous traffic cop? You’re really great in that movie!!! Sure, you could be a little nicer to our pianist. Well, anyway, whether friends or not, celletti is really good, and I think gabbox likes her a bit too...

How wonderful! Another review of a Celletti CD. This BlackBaby is truly remarkable: it's joyful and melancholic at the same time. I would have talked more about his interpretation of this composer, but the historical insights are still very interesting.

Hello BigD. I was worried that my reviews were too short...but now I'm reassured! Thank goodness!!

I agree with all of you...a beautiful review. At this point, I will try to get the CD as well. And then I will go read the other reviews of Francesco...How wonderful!!!! I usually like Brian Eno's "pop". Anyway, he's great.
