The "humorous effects" would actually be "noisy effects" (damn Word's autocorrect)...

We are not critical, and honestly, I don't think we want to be. Let's leave the standards of judgment to them and "settle" for expressing what our feelings dictate.

the album is not exceptional, but I will never forget the piece at the legendary concert in Taormina where the Cure were simply outstanding!!!!!

An artist whom I unfortunately don't know much about.
But how can one not be intrigued after reading such a review?

My compliments to Lady Sniff for the review, with which I also share the controversial nature. In Italy, Marlene are considered one of the most alternative rock bands (which I could accept up until Catartica), but bands like Uzeda are not assimilable into the national rock scene. They go outside, and if they had only found themselves in the major areas of significant rock, things would have been quite different. Unfortunately for them, they are Sicilian!!! Truly a monstrous band...
Brian Eno Ambient 1: Music For Airports
Voto:
Eno's project was to design a new type of music suitable for various environments (hence ambient), and the airport was the ideal setting for Eno, where people wait without knowing what to do. In fact, for a long time he asked for a room in I don’t remember which airport to fill it with this album. Anyway, in my opinion, it's ironic. Or perhaps Eno underestimated his groundbreaking work. This album is lethal, and although the reviewer has praised it from a historical-musical perspective, it suffers from sterility, which this album does not deserve. A record with terrifying emotional depth. And regarding the incompleteness of this album... minimalism does not aim to be complete in the common sense of the term... it's like saying punk is poor in musical virtuosities.

No psycho, I was referring to the insults as "I have a penis".....and anyway, as someone said, "only fools never change their mind." I also find myself re-listening to albums that give me completely different impressions. However, it's true that sterile debates are harmful, especially to music....mea culpa. See you soon.

I don't think there's a need to insult... if it's true that aimless criticism is hateful and inconclusive, the opposite is equally so. If I've understood a lot about certain groups, it's because there are those who, better than me, with their critical gaze, manage to see things that I couldn't see. Anyway, whether dry or not, the exchange of ideas is always an exchange of ideas that... if done constructively, is always something positive.

You could state many others; however, that doesn't change the fact that the genre transcends mere technicalities for their own sake... then again, exceptions exist just like in any other kind of music.

Well, post-rock is essentially contamination... bands are meteors that, once their propulsive charge is spent, dissolve to form new groups that seek new paths, new music, new emotions... in fact, it’s impossible to keep up with the proliferation of these bands. And being a genre that in most cases seeks essentiality, it’s normal, or at least acceptable, to find similarities and reoccurrences...
