What a pain in the ass this fucking album is... three decent tracks and the rest is just nonsense.. fine, it might be enjoyable, but how the hell can anyone think it’s a masterpiece? You must not have listened to shit at all.

Not bad, I gave it a taste and some parts in the melodies seem more "Anglophone" in flavor... which I don't mind at all. For the rest, tons of ideas just like in the best psychedelic tradition... really not bad at all.

I haven't heard the album... but I saw her live and I really liked her... badass.
Dream Theater Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From a Memory

what does it mean "it doesn’t make sense to give one to a CD in which everyone plays at least like other rock legends"? well well, the inconsistency of such an argument shocks me.. beyond the fact that this could be seen more as a point against than the opposite, even after three years I still have to read about the usual banality of "technique monsters" as a relevant topic.. come on guys, evolve, what do you gain by sticking to this nonsense? :-D
Franz Ferdinand You Could Have It So Much Better

Hi Lux! I find the Battles infinitely bloodier than the Royal Trux, or at least ALSO bloody... as I wrote, for me the Battles are primarily music of a conflict, or of a paradox, hence the physicality, especially in the drums and in the vocal lines, is never forgotten. As for the Royal Trux, I've never really been able to stand them... after all, even Scaruffi, who praises them so much, admits that they are more of a semiotic experiment than actual music... which makes it a masterpiece for him, but for me an unbearable excess of snobbery (albeit with genuine experimental ambitions). See you soon!

Indeed, all of this makes you think... the talk about below-average IQ really makes sense :-D
David Lynch Inland Empire
Voto:
and indeed, as was to be demonstrated, people are still racking their brains over the plot :-D ..who knows, Lynch must be having a good laugh thinking about all the mental gymnastics people are going through over his latest film.. the more I read comments, the more I confirm: really little intellectual honesty; Lynch is scandalously presumptuous but the inferiority complex that arises in the fan in such cases evidently prevents any reasoning.. good for you.
