Alright, Ezekiel, don’t take everything literally ; ) So let’s say "courage" in quotation marks, anyway for having gone against the opinion of the majority, as most of the comments express well. Right?

I haven't read all the comments. I would say that the review is: 1) admirable for its courage; 2) too radical, but it's to be expected that a radical review comes out when you go against the majority opinions; 3) partially absolutely shared by me! As I already said in the existing review of The Wall, it's an album that is at least largely overrated! Musically, it's often quite trivial if not banal, it's pretentious, redundant, even though there are its moments of genius, like the opening "in the flesh" or "the Trial." Overall, however, it's an album that doesn't deserve more than 3 and a half. In other words, far from being a masterpiece.

But what does honesty have to do with it.. come on, give things their proper weight, otherwise it loses a bit of its meaning ; ). 2) I'm sorry to contradict you, I probably touched on things that you personally care about, but the fact that I spoke badly of "appetite for destruction" doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talking about, that's not how it works. I simply think it’s terrible, and I stated my reasons. Come to terms with the fact that many people don’t like it, and it’s probably not the illustrious masterpiece you believe it to be. I understand that for a fan it’s probably hard to admit, but come on, with a little effort you can manage it :-))

I have already received your message, so the answers are already there. I’ll just say that: 1) Lovecats is a kind of pop/jazz from "cartoons" (definition read in a biography of the Cure); "open," "from the edge of the deep green sea," "End" are noisy and visionary rock pieces; "hot hot hot" is a sort of funky; "If only tonight we could sleep" is pure psychedelia, with strong '60s influences; "all cats are grey" and "funeral party" are, let's say, dark tracks, with strong influences, as admitted by Robert Smith, from Eastern Mantras. If this isn't called playing and mixing musical genres, we probably have a different concept of the Italian language, because I believe there is no other way to define it.
