Galakordi Urtis Krat, I partially agree with what you say about the post-Barrett Pink Floyd... In fact, for me, "The Dark Side..." and "The Wall" are not the masterpieces they have often been claimed to be (especially "The Wall"...). There has always been this perception about the two albums, just because they sold millions of copies. And I’m the first to say that it’s not always true that if an album sells a ton of copies, it must be a masterpiece. I have always said, and I will always say, that the best period for the Floyd is the one with Syd. But albums like "Atom Heart Mother," "Meddle," and live performances like "Live At Pompeii" shouldn't be underestimated. As for "The Wall," "Wish You Were Here," and "The Dark Side Of The Moon," I reiterate that especially "The Wall," in terms of arrangements and recording, doesn't appeal to me much (but the song "Hey You" gives me chills every time I listen to it...!).
