King Crimson In The Court Of The Crimson King
Voto:
It's true that this album has kicked off a genre that is nothing short of magnificent, but as the reviewer rightly points out, it doesn't fully represent Prog; in short, it doesn't "complete" it. In my opinion, it's a nice album, especially for tracks like "...Schizoid Man" and "I Talk To The Wind"; it's definitely worth buying and listening to. The rest is great content, but a bit too "repetitive"... I hope you know what I mean...! And then again, this is coming from a Prog Rock enthusiast; those who know me well on this site understand! :) The rec is rich, but it tires easily... Also, because this is an album that's hard to talk about...! What can I say?! a 4 out of 5!
Locanda delle fate Forse le lucciole non si amano più

A definitely interesting group, like the Prog bands of that magical and unrepeatable period. Rec more than sufficient... a 3.5... I will listen to the album....
Deep Purple Rapture Of The Deep
Voto:
The rec is sufficient and the album is good, which, as the reviewer states, given the "music" that’s out there these days, this album is a breath of fresh air... Rating for the album: 3.5...
The Beatles Revolver
Voto:
The rec is nice (but isn't it a bit too offensive for poor Scaruffi...? ). The album approaches masterpiece status, which for me fully captures "White Album" and "Abbey Road." The Beatles have been, are still, and will forever be, one of the greatest bands in modern Music.

mmmm, I haven't listened to the album... the recap, even if it can be tiring, conveys the idea well...
Roger Waters The Dark Side Of The Moon Live 2006

I'm happy for you, that when you're 60 years old and you're a father and a grandfather, you'll say, "Damn guys, I might not have been at Woodstock in the '60s, I might have missed the best music of that era, but at 18 in 2006 I saw Roger Waters, the legendary bassist of the great Pink Floyd, and to think that maybe at the same moment my peers who were as lost and ignorant as they were were dancing in a nightclub... what idiots!" The rec is very engaging, well done!
Genesis The Way We Walk: Volume One & Two

dEDOLUZ: I've heard good things about "A Trick Of The Tail," perhaps because it still carries Prog Rock sounds from the previous albums with Gabriel. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, I will follow it!
Genesis The Way We Walk: Volume One & Two

I can't really digest the Collins-era Genesis... It's no coincidence that I stopped at "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway"... I haven't listened to these two volumes, but I assume the second volume is better than the first, just because it includes the medley with the Gabriel era pieces. Great Roby, excellent performance... Tell me, didn't you go on vacation this summer? I didn't, as you can see!
Paul McCartney And Wings Hi Hi Hi/Cmoon
Voto:
Paul making double entendres related to sex...! I mean, I can picture Lennon doing it, but if Paul does it, it's more than interesting! Anyway, I've listened to the single and it's good: a 3.5... the rec is good too: 4.
The Who Wire & Glass

I listened to this EP, and I must say I'm really happy to enjoy this music and then look at the calendar and read "year 2006"! ... and then it's The Who... Rating for the record: 3 = sufficient (I probably need to listen to it better...) Great Who!
