Miles Davis Kind Of Blue
Voto:
One of the (many) masterpieces of jazz, perhaps the best, definitely the most well-known. And then Davis introduced John Coltrane to the world...
Eric Dolphy Out To Lunch
Voto:
I only have "Last Date" by Dolphy, featuring Mengelberg as well. It's truly a great album, I absolutely must make this mine!
Jaco Pastorius Word of Mouth

IN YOUR OPINION...exactly...what does Ron Carter have to do with it? We're talking about bassists and you can't mention the greatest double bassist in history?...come on, get to work! :)
Jaco Pastorius Word of Mouth

I haven't had a chance to listen to the latest one; lately, I've been enjoying "The sun don't lie," beautiful and with a stunning "Panther." And do we even need to mention the genius Ron Carter?
Avantasia The Metal Opera
Voto:
A poetess... perhaps I am not the right person to talk about Power since it's a genre I can barely tolerate, especially since the boom of releases in this field. It's probably a matter of dislike towards the commercialization of music. However, there is one thing I will not compromise on: the VOICE of most Power bands is TERRIBLE!!!
Jaco Pastorius Punk Jazz - The Jaco Pastorius Anthology

My favorite is Marcus Miller.
John Lord Fonda Debaser

Come on, I was just trying to lighten the mood... don't take it the wrong way. :)
Napalm Death Utopia Banished
Voto:
The point, in my opinion, is that "Scum" was much more important than this for the genre, while "Utopia..." is THE masterpiece of Napalm Death. A similar argument can be made regarding Bob Dylan; his early albums were revolutionary, but "Blood on the Tracks" was the pinnacle, the masterpiece.

"cold sounds that emanate warmth"???, anyway, given the amount of comments, this must be a FUNDAMENTAL artist!
Manowar Kings Of Metal

Seen, EarlGrey... just as you wanted to prove... in fact, their die-hard fans are even more ridiculous...
