Barriers and Passages was a great album, I’ll try to listen to this one as well.

"...Someone has to explain to me why ten thousand individuals wander naked through what looks like a field, a desert, or just an abandoned parking lot, rubbing against a carnivorous plant as angry as a weasel..." --> it must be a real event that happened to the singer, hence the growl voice...

I mean, how can you not hate a band with a drummer like that?... come on, it's just unbearable, with his headbanging while playing the drums...:DD

I'm sorry, but I can't stand the Pooh. They may have made good records, mind you, but I can't help it... I hate them regardless. :DD

For me it’s not unacceptable, maybe with the last sentence you meant to talk about "the expert". I just have doubts about his actual broad musical knowledge, considering the amount of things he does in life. As Franci rightly says! to write the history of rock, jazz, avant-garde, and new age, one should spend 80 years listening to records... I don't know.
Steve Reich Music for 18 Musicians
Voto:
Very beautiful, Reich is one of the greats, without a doubt.

"Do you have the knowledge to criticize a sommelier who is doing his job poorly?" ...the question is completely valid. However, it’s a double-edged sword: do you, Stoney, have the necessary knowledge to say that a music critic (anyone) is right?
50 Cent War Angel LP

"...that talk about women, money, and weapons" <-> "Every artist has their THEMES..." so can women, money, and weapons really be defined as themes??? :DDD
The Rolling Stones Bridges To Babylon

I don't remember much about this album, in fact, I don't remember it at all... :D anyway, I noticed the review while I was listening to "Black and Blue," perfect timing dear currahee!
