The review is certainly innovative and fun.. however, if we focus on all those considerations you made, I think that nowadays the groups that escape your judgments are really few... for me it’s a great album and I’m much happier with their evolution, even if it’s not perfect (but on the way to significant improvements… listen to the new soundtrack for your escape and let me know if I’m wrong…) than with their artistic stagnation..

Dream Theater Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From a Memory

On some things you're not wrong.. see labrie.. myung and partly on the fact that the group's compositions are often not born from the heart, but rather from the brain... however, Kevin Moore is by no means an ordinary musician, nor is Derek Sherinian... rather, it's that clown Jordan Rudess.. all technique and no feeling... and then KEVIN MOORE DIDN'T EVEN PLAY A SINGLE NOTE ON METROPOLIS PART.2!!!!!
P.s. Portnoy is a great drummer, whatever you say, but I admit he does tend to show off a bit too much!

The album isn't all that great compared to albums like Chimera or VI... For the review, you're too brief and hardly mention anything essential. If I didn't know Toto, this review wouldn't really help me at all, except for knowing that a complete stranger liked this album despite one singer leaving and another band member replacing him...
Try to put in a bit more effort... I've published plenty of these crappy reviews and I hope to help others avoid making my mistake...
Keep pushing! I know you can do it!
Dream Theater A Change of Seasons

This album showcases a band that still had something to say... All those comments are useless in my opinion, and I would avoid stirring up a ruckus for a group that has always been criticized... As for the review, I completely disagree with the 4 or 5 ratings that I see here... You're quite good at writing, but you leave out too many things, such as the fact that "A Change of Season" was a CD made purely as a commercial move since it had already been recorded during the time of "Awake," and that's why they paired it with those live covers... You don't mention the artwork of the CD and you don’t even talk about the recording quality and the lyrics... Just a 3 for originality; otherwise, it would have been a 2... come on! You say you're fans of Dream Theater and then you don't write about fundamental things and you aren't objective... ugh!

In my opinion, this is the best album, and although this is your first review, just as many have torn me apart, now I tear you apart... not out of malice or spite, but simply to pass on the lessons that have been very useful to me... So here are my criticisms:
1) You are too sycophantic towards LaBrie, who is certainly not an ordinary singer, but he’s also not all that great technically speaking.
2) The review lacks emotion... it’s flat and feels more like a report than a review, especially given the limited variety of terms you used.
3) You didn’t mention the stunning artwork of the album, which hides small details in each song... This is a fundamental point, albeit minimal, and I was very disappointed that I didn’t hear it mentioned.
Other than that... Welcome, and I look forward to your better review soon...
P.S. If you want to read one of my reviews, I recommend the latest from Ambeon or the one from Derek Sherinian; the others are markedly inferior and sometimes incomplete...

Nice review! Even though I don't know the album, it doesn't seem bad at all... I might buy it... keep it up, Kurt!
