Well, at least there’s a plot here, while District 13: The Death Brigades is more of a cult film. The girl who goes to get ice cream while her dad is on the phone and then goes back because the ice cream man didn’t put lemon on it, and because of that she gets a nice bullet. So what does the dad do? He takes the ice cream man’s gun and goes to kill one of these killers, then he escapes into this district that will be assaulted. That’s the plot.
