No no, not at all.
I definitely don’t want this, that’s for sure.
But I would like him to know that his attitude doesn’t change things; for him, things definitely won’t get better.

Congratulations, Poletti, really.
The number of people against you keeps growing.
Have you ever wondered why? Have you ever thought that your haughty, arrogant attitude, which often reflects a fundamental ignorance of music, can be annoying in the long run?
And what do you do instead? Instead of taking a step back, you create a new nickname that can only be described as absurd, sounding very much like a provocation towards everyone you've dealt with.
In my opinion, you are a masochist; there's no other explanation.
Nevertheless, there's always time to make amends; you just need to be more humble, and in your case, it would require a very long bath of humility.
You’ll see that the results will definitely be better.

The album is actually not bad overall, and some songs like Paralyzed and Erase and Rewind I liked a lot back then. However, I find it a bit boring. In the end, I have the feeling that I've listened to more or less the same song...

@I have a penis: don't worry, I knew it wasn't you who was anonymous, I wasn't addressing you :)

Come on guys, what an exaggeration. Ranting with hundreds of posts on this topic seems excessive to me. Everyone has the right to express their opinion, and everyone is free to criticize, as long as we stay among civil people. The site is nice also for this reason. In my opinion, both versions have a grain of truth, as Leonid rightly points out, with whom I agree even about Deep Purple, who, like him, I think are terrible. I also agree with Leonid and Tabba about Punkabbestia, simply obnoxious. Finally, a note to the anonymous commenter: I understand you're not stupid, but, forgive me, such obsessive behavior is completely unnecessary and unjustified. Creating an authenticated nickname is simply crazy. Everything can be argued without resorting to this childish behavior, in my opinion; I hope you realize it.
Christian Death Only Theatre Of Pain

Ashes is the latest work of Christian Death with Rozz Williams on vocals. Subsequently, Rozz wanted to disband the group and form a new project, but Valor wanted to continue with Christian Death. Facing Rozz's opposition, who believed he owned the name Christian Death, a legal battle ensued, which Valor won. Christian Death continued to perform and produce records with Valor on vocals. The last one should have been released around 2000, if I remember correctly. Believe it or not, according to what's written on the official website, they are preparing a brand new album. In any case, the true Christian Death is the one with Rozz; there’s no doubt about that. After Ashes, the CDs have only made cheesy stuff. Regards.

Let me preface by saying that I also find certain pompous comments from some people (e.g., the all-knowing Poletti, although in his case there's the aggravating factor of musical ignorance) to be odious, in the sense that I find hyper-technical criticism written just to show off to be bothersome, rather than simply stating that I don't like this band or this album because I've heard it and find it predictable, or mediocre, etc. In my opinion, sometimes that's a more straightforward reaction than any historical-socio-cultural-musical analysis.
That said, I don't think Pretazzo is in that category; in most of the cases I've read, I see preparation and critique in his comments without crossing into presumptuousness or arrogance, even if I don't always agree with some of his statements.
I also find the outcry of "I have the penis," which he even copied into other reviews, to be quite exaggerated. I wouldn't want us to end up, like Poletti, unable to write any comments without someone lurking behind us to criticize.
But then again, who determines what art is? Art is, by definition, subjective. For example, I absolutely love The Divine Comedy, but that doesn't stop me from saying that I absolutely don't like Trent Reznor's music, including Down Spiral or whatever it's called, which I've listened to several times and left me with nothing.
What are you going to do, kill me for this?
The conclusion is this: review and comment on albums in peace, writing whatever you feel like. Lashing out is sad, not to mention pointless.

Vinsex, the one about subliminal messages, is a scientific process that has been used since the 1950s and is far from difficult to demonstrate. If you take a look online, there are hundreds of websites that deal with the subject. My consideration on the matter is simple. It concerns impressionable minds, that's all.
