Kings Of Convenience Riot On An Empty Street

The end-of-month paycheck is coming, but I have other plans! I liked the first one, but I agree with Nick, and now I’m more into movement; enough of acoustic movement.

Guys, the only truth is that you have to "know how to age with dignity." This is something that many Italian singers, Vasco foremost (but in good company), still haven't understood. I'm not saying they should retire, but at least they should do things they truly believe in. What the hell do you think Vasco cares about the nonsense he sings, or Pezzali about his former desk mate from the time of the exams (in 3rd grade)?!?! They should be more honest with us, without messing with our heads. Enough with these lavish accolades towards this little, tiny Vasco. He hasn't done anything decent since "Gli spari sopra" and then... Vasco has never been my father (musically) thank goodness! Great review.

Taken today, after 2 listens it seems really nice, we'll see if it holds up in the long run against Yankee (masterpiece!). Anyway, it seems to me there are more guitars and indeed Jeff's voice seems different. I also confirm the impressions on the review.

I really like it, an electro-disco-funk-punk!

The album is very beautiful, you’re right Alex, it’s irresistible, I can't help but dance to it!! Great review!
Goo Goo Dolls Dizzy Up the Girl

Well, I thought I was the only one at this point thinking poorly of the Goo Goo, but I see I'm not alone. Anyway, I’ve never really focused on them much, so I don’t have a good understanding of this group and their work, but what I’ve heard hasn’t impressed me much. A bit banal. Anyway, welcome and congratulations on your skills even though we have different tastes.

Yes, yes, great review, and then the word Pop has its roots and we hope for an even more glorious future. Anyway, I love and have loved the Smiths, James, Teenage Fanclub, and Badly. So I have to listen to them.

Damn, you’ve really piqued my curiosity, a range of quotes that serve as a guarantee. But you’re saying little about the music!

Wow, I was taken aback by the string of names in the first part, I don’t know any of them, am I that ignorant?!??!?! Luckily, I recovered a bit with the covers, songs I love, Lennon, Bowie, Sakamoto...

Welcome and nice review, I am very interested in the current US scene, who could they resemble to get a clearer idea?
