600 g of penne, 100 g of cooking cream, 60 g of black truffle, butter, garlic, Grana Padano, salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté the garlic in the butter until golden.
Remove the garlic and add the cream and the truffle, previously cleaned and sliced thinly.
Let it cook for about ten minutes, adding salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the penne in plenty of salted water.
Drain them al dente and transfer them to the pan where you made the sauce.
Heat everything over high heat, stirring to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Serve at the table and sprinkle with grated Grana Padano.

Track-by-track reviews are really boring as well as bad; you don’t write poorly, but next time avoid it. The album, on the other hand, is the only one from the Arctic Monkeys that I've liked a bit; I enjoy listening to it in my car.

Papa Roach may or may not be to your taste, but it’s undeniable that they are stage animals. You can tell Jacoby does it for passion, not just for money (not only at least). My vote goes to their live power as we await August 31 for "Time For Annihilation."
