I have the '71 homonym from which this best (usually I don't like bests at all) draws The Hold Up and the splendid Suffer to sing the blues... he is magical... good (exponential) Doctor...

Okay... but you know, I lived the '90s to the fullest of my strength, so I'm much more attached to them than to the previous three. Over the years, I've tried to get to know as much as possible about the others, and I have to say that the decade from '65 to '75 has no comparison (for me) with other eras. The '80s, for example, I experienced poorly, so I loved and still love the harder (angrier) things, even though there were many good things... but if I have to choose... '60s for life...!!! :-))))

No Pete, innovators absolutely no, they allowed a certain American rock (indie...) to thrive, the sound of Soundgarden has remained crystallized in time and in the genre they were light-years behind Kyuss, the true hard rock band that contributed by inventing a new genre... then Ultramega is an incredible album, listening to it today makes me smile... You're Living All Over Me still gives me chills, as there have been myriad bands that tried to play it without ever getting close. J Mascis, with his undeniable arrogance (after the release of the cover of Just Like Heaven he said that he hated the Cure and that he loathed Peter Frampton even though he recorded his Show Me the Way), is absolutely a hero.
