I care little about typos... but I would like to know if you know the Floyd...? their history...? and SYD BARRETT...????? Beautiful images in the review, but the film is a mix of Waters' life and that of BARRETT... (shaved eyebrows.......)
Please inform yourself before writing anything. Thank you.

sorry for you ZiOn... Ferretti for us thirty-somethings (and money) has been (HAS BEEN) a light in the darkness... his words (and those of Zamboni) were fresh air in the midst of a sea of garbage (the eighties) Italian-style... however, your "critique" is very welcome.

I know they've already talked about it above, but S.F.Sorrow is like a gospel to me.

Great review (even though I gave you 4 - to balance the star that the album is missing) and I'm happy to find someone who loves those particular 60s... two of my favorite records are Pretties For You by Alice Cooper (scary Zappa, psychedelic Lennon, and Barrett blended together - 1969) and also from the same year, Breath Awhile by Arcadium... congratulations guys!

Scratching and scratching, I caught you off guard... Tommy is a massive album and your review is beautiful, but it is the first successful rock opera... more than a year earlier (January '68), the Pretty Things emerged from the Abbey Road studios with S.F. Sorrow, a concept in the form of an opera that tells the story of Sebastian F. Sorrow from birth to old age... and there are more than a few similarities with Tommy (even on a sonic level). For me, S.F. Sorrow is simply that masterpiece that came out too early and taught others (Townsend and Waters leading the way) how to create a rock opera. Try to look it up if you're not familiar with it... then let me know.

Perfect... it hurts me too to see great albums with ratings like that. Well done.
