Poet from Ontario, traveling among us... thank you Don, I haven't listened to this record much, because it rubbed me the wrong way at first, but now, with a bit more calm (and a bit more "wisdom"), I will find the right evening and listen to it again through my headphones, trying to leave my stupid prejudices about this work behind... then I'll come back and rate it. Interesting... mau mau were really great, and I've only heard Molita say this and I fully agree that it's Les Negress... but also Sauta Rabel (first Mau Mau) is heavily influenced by the French combo... nice review.

"Cazzari" referring to Arm and company suits me well... it's spot on... I’ve recovered the first half and I must say I find it beautiful... much better than their 90s production (I find "My Brother the Cow" kind of ugly, for example). This seems fresher... maybe the new 70s wave has given new life even to those who did it when it was a bit out of style. I saw them in Milan for the tour of "My Brother the Cow" and I was a bit disappointed, just over an hour and they were completely drunk...
