Cabaret Voltaire Mix-Up

Years later it sounds a bit forced to me, but when I heard it, I was stunned... fantastic prelude Joan...

kilgod, I’m sorry... but you are listing a bunch of (great artists) who are all one way or another descendants of the Floyd... who, at different times... I agree that by the end of their career they were a bit worn out (calling them Floyd after Waters' departure is BLASPHEMY) but what they did from '67 to Animals is undeniable... if you don’t like them... I feel sorry for you.
Explosions In The Sky The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place

I have it and it's a beautiful record... but if you don't feel like spending too many words, don't do the review and the name is explosionS...!!!
If I may add... the Mogwai are very much involved, but as if they had gotten lost somewhere in New Mexico or Texas (indeed)... every now and then they also remind me a bit of Labradford (but one thing is true, both for Mogwai and Labradford... it's a bit more joyful).

I'll save the best for songs about fucking... even if Albini deserves a lifetime achievement Oscar...

They're a bit tough for me... but there were already quite a few reviews... I think.
Gastr Del Sol The Serpentine Similar

great suggestion, philosopho... I have the last two chapters, Upgrade & Afterlife and Camufleur, and I must say they are a really interesting group. I will try to look for this debut as well. thanks

smasher... She has my (useless) support in everything mentioned above... I downloaded this on the suggestion of Aristarco in a post he made in the review of Sorrenti... I listened to it and listened to it to the point of nausea. then I bought it.

a perfect definition odra... "To those who, as I said elsewhere, greatly prefer to be 'consumed' by music rather than consume it"... I fit into this perfectly, and this work is one of those that you must let consume you...
Beau Brummels Gentle Wanderin' Ways

I completely understand your perplexity... after all, it is precisely what you call crystalware that I like about them. The finesse, the quest for a perfect form, even in the voice (almost always McGuinn's)... the sublimation of folk... it’s not necessary for everyone to like them; it’s enough to recognize their significance. Dylan's voice irritates me; I try and try again, I acknowledge his superior greatness, yet I always listen with a bit of annoyance, because of that nasal quality... I don't know, I find myself perplexed every time... mysteries of faith...

I agree with Odra... beautiful tilt... I also looked for this (found Fnack at a "political" price) but it disappointed me a bit... however, the review does it justice.
