LatoB, respect for others is the foundation of everything, so far so good. The freedom to be who you are, likewise (which would always be the respect mentioned before). Education, well, let's talk about the "fundamentals." But if the rest is a black hole... I interpret it as selfishness (and I don't give it a negative connotation). You mentioned in your post above that it makes you happy when someone else, reading you, "feels" the same things as you. With all these response posts to me, hal, josi, etc., you give me the impression, at the very least, of wanting to understand where we are headed with our discussions. I don't seek to please, an unpleasant verb. Perhaps to draw closer, yes. But out of intellectual curiosity. What could be more beautiful and stimulating than knowing the history of the other, of those around you? Maybe to empathize and then return to being yourself? And each time enrich oneself a little more? Clearly, we have reached the crux of the matter; there are those like you who seem to place themselves on a higher step than others, believing they have the revelation (because one person has opened their eyes), appearing to have reached the end of the Path of Knowledge, in a sense looking down on others (while treating them with respect, politeness, etc.) and disregarding the desire to know anything about them.
