Primiballi, you wrote what many think, or rather "feel." A mixed feeling of anger/bitter disappointment. How many young people "live out" their dreams in the hands of a songwriter? I want to hope that, based on what Fusillo wrote, Bennato was joking that day. Because, otherwise, in my name, he can blissfully go to that place. Interesting the concept expressed by Ghemison: so what do we do now? Do we listen to/buy it, or, since it’s been played by MTV, since it's in the Billboard top ten, and therefore, having sold millions of records, it has become "commercial" (an awful word... sbleeearch), do we act snobbishly (I meant: we don’t lower ourselves to buy what the masses listen to [meaning: why waste precious time on stuff that even that stupid, pimple-faced 16-year-old down the street whistles]) and just move on? Ghemison, I don’t know, is MTV making us snobs?
