Minor Threat Complete Discography

Come on, the Germs deserve it, Darby Crash was a shape-shifter, not just an icon of a generation! The Minors are great, but I prefer Fugazi.
Type O Negative October Rust

For me, this group is dead after the first monument; already with "Bloody Kisses" they have kitsch tendencies that I frankly can't digest.
Thin White Rope Exploring The Axis
Voto:
Mr. Nobody, for me, Thin White Rope rightfully belongs to the Paisley scene, and not just for me; even on Wikipedia, Thin White Rope is part of Paisley, and so does Scaruffi. As for definitions, let's say I don't take it too seriously either; I find it amusing to label them as "desert cow-punk rock," which is a fun definition. That '92 live album is great; I own it, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all lovers of "cow mariachi tex mex punk spaghetti raucchedine rock."
Clock Dva Buried Dreams
Voto:
immense, to note also the successor man - amplified, electro dark and minimal techno gloomy (bitstream, techno geist, transitional voices some of the gems)
The Velvet Underground White Light White Heat
Voto:
And not a word here about the true architect of the sound of this record, namely John Cale, ah age, age...

Dear Mr. Fantoni, I believe it did you a world of good to have boarded that ship flying the Liberian flag so many years ago; if you had never boarded, would we be sure that today you would be presenting these high-caliber analyses?
Tom Waits Blue Valentine
Voto:
Yes, it's truly the most beautiful of the first phase together with The Heart of Saturday Night.
Bruce Springsteen The River
Voto:
Massimo but no word for sherry darling??? a gem
The Clash The Clash
Voto:
By the way, Marxism and straight edge aren't that distant; asceticism I believe is the symbiotic component of these two great movements. Joe Strummer and Ian McKaye represent two true ascetics in the history of rock, balancing the romanticism and unrestrained fantasy of their alter egos Mick Jones and Guy Picciotto.
The Clash The Clash
Voto:
The idealism of ngw, the idealism of straight edge, not what’s inside, is the premise that is the same, the form, not the substance. Straight edge, before being anti-drugs and anti-alcohol, is a great utopian idealism. This is what unites two bands like The Clash and Fugazi.
