Great review! Maybe the BHP – seen at a not-so-great concert in Milan at the Magazzini Generali (terrible venue since the BHP had already finished playing by 10:30 PM... to make way for a terrible disco night…) – should take a break for a while and allow space for the new ideas of 3 Mile Pilot… I don't know, they seemed a bit tired to me…

Oh yes.. I was hoping for another masterpiece like "2" but maybe I'm asking for too much... I bought it before leaving for India.. I'm only listening to it again now that I'm back... I don't know how to say it, I like the album for sure.. but it feels so much like black heart but not much like procession, in the sense that the songs don’t have that slow, steady pace - figuratively similar to a procession - that made me fall in love with "2".. but maybe I just need a few more listens.. To be safe, I bought a ticket for their concert in Milan... the one I attended in the front row in Legnano at the jail is one of the concerts of my life. Anyway, I’d give it a nice 4.. I love BHP!

I remember the album Mantra well!! really very beautiful, so many memories (15 years ago?)...the only thing I didn’t like was the cover, I always found it awful...but the record was a blast! I’m going to get the CD in question! good review
