Sweet music of whispers, melancholic music accompanying the rain seen from the window, velvety meditation music... One consideration: Satie's music is over a hundred years old but is still modern and an inexhaustible source of musical inspiration for many indie bands... listen to the magnificent album 2 by Black Heart Procession... the slow progression that, through layers of notes, becomes sound and structure... tonight I'll listen to both again... and also the Gnossiennes... An appropriate and beautiful review.

I like it!!..but I wouldn't touch Spiritualized, especially those from the first two albums..both are masterpieces!! I've always loved the cover of Recurring like crazy! Very trippy..

Great album and great band!! I played the CD a ton of times in my youth.. and I happily got my ears raped!!! I listened to and saw them at a Festa dell'Unità in Milan, in concert a few years after the release of the aforementioned CD; with a bassist (or guitarist??) sporting a massive long blonde hairdo with a braid and the hyperactive Michele Pattone dressed as an FBI agent thrashing around on stage shouting.. An album that you absolutely must own. 5++. Average review; all these criticisms are unjustified..
