So you really intrigue me with what you wrote! I’ll try to download it oops, I mean buy it, just for what you said: "There are a shitload of hardcore bands, too many and all carbon copies." "Swords" is much more than a shot in the dark, choose it. Choose the Lords. I guarantee it. And if I'm wrong, drinks are on me for everyone.
But if I don't think like you, I'll let you know... I can drink a lot!!!
Cheers, well done and good luck!!

At the risk of being repetitive, I also want to add my voice to the posts above. Beautiful words that surely describe the music well. Best wishes from me too!

...but just for the record, have you seen the woman Baccini dumped for Dolcenera?!?!? It’s true that television makes you a fool, in my opinion even more from the inside...

Hello birobiro, I think I’ll steal the scepter of the most ignored review during the holidays from you.
Anyway, as they say in Bisceglie, since the review piques my curiosity and it’s an EP with only four tracks, I’ll get it only after hearing the samples that maybe you’ll feel like sending in 2006!!
Best wishes and bye..

Excellent review, of the album in question and more generally of LH. I know a couple of songs, so I can't really express myself too much. I also think I understand where you were trying to go regarding the comparison to grunge and Nirvana. Personally, I don't see it as a provocation, but as a point of view, certainly debatable since you are not a bearer of absolute truths. On the other hand, there is a reason why people who have sold millions of records and have become symbols of a movement and a genre are where they are in the rock/alternative Olympus of the '90s. Yours is a voice outside the choir, that can be heard, but perhaps lacks objective foundation. To put it simply, you are elevating some hit/successful single to masterpiece status by placing it in a context that only you believe in.
Ciao...
