Reigning Sound Too Much Guitar

Finally, interesting reviews! My garage-addicted friends and long-time fans of the late Oblivion have been recommending them to me for a while. The new album should have been released, if I'm not mistaken. I need to get my hands on that. Anyway, for now, the best garage band of recent years is the Dirtbombs; if you feel like it, check out the review I did. Cheers!

I don't know, I've heard little about shoegazer, apart from Jesus and Mary Chain, Catena, and Lush, and they seem a bit different from Spacemen 3. Or rather, with this album, the shoegazer definition fits, but with the others, especially the ambient noise moments of Perfect Prescription or Playing with Fire, it has little to do. And damn, I would have liked to say a few more words about them; I mean, they rise above the entire production of the late '80s for me. Well, I know I'm biased. Anyway, the usual definitions are useless, so it's a pointless discussion. But I miss the studio version of "Rollercoaster" by the 13th Floor Elevators. A side note: they were great also because they released with the glorious BOMP! Records of the late Greg Shaw, RIP.

Damn, I’ll read it later but the rating you give isn’t right. At least a 4 if not a 5, like almost all their production... even if they’ve only written one song, or almost. Talk later after reading.

Curved Air Second Album
Voto:
I’ve been interested in these for a while, elp, yes I’ll never buy them, I grew up with Genesis, but now unfortunately I save very little. If the curved ones resemble even remotely one of the three soprami, I know I won’t delve deeper.

I don't know, I'll listen to them, but I'm not sure if I feel like buying them. I think I'll go to the store and grab "Blows Against the Empire" by Paul Kantner & Jefferson Starship. Obviously, Giov, Pitchfork often praises crap, but they also hit the mark often with their reviews. Anyway, sooner or later, I'll record it. Actually, we could get back to the exchanges, right?

(voice out of the chorus)....I saw them live about three years ago at my place (Ancona) and I liked them a lot. In Japan, I found exactly televise, which, maybe due to my sad period or the rainy season approaching, depressed me excessively. I’m actually listening to it again these days, but it still keeps rolling on the track waiting for the green light for takeoff that doesn’t seem to be coming. welcome "inizio74"

And I have to tell you, Zion, that I’ve come to the conclusion that the Can are a bit overrated... too airy and not incisive enough in many albums. I must say that Faust are, in my opinion, more complete.

Old Time Relijun 2012

I followed them in their early days, and I have to say they were "too much" for my young ears. I have the previous one, but I doubt I'll get this one; if it's similar to the others, I'll definitely listen to it twice a year, a bit like Trout Mask and Lick My Decals Off, Baby by the Captain. The rec is really cute.
