I missed their farewell concert in Shibuya 6 years ago; the prices were outrageous, but I remember half the city showed up. I remember they played for free at the Portuguese embassy in Venice during Carnival '99/'00; it was obviously invite-only, so no luck there either. I could never tolerate a whole album, but they've always been very charming.

I’m from the '70s and I’m proud of it... thinking about it, maybe not so much. Growing up in the '80s, aside from the cartoons, wasn’t exactly the best... Craxi’s bald head, the first Jovanotti, Nikki from Radio Deejay... brrr... a winter of the soul.

I was just the right age for a car (or maybe even older?) and I remember that at one of their concerts, thanks to the presence of my teenage ex-girlfriend who liked them, I ended up drunk at the bar arguing with that bitch of a singer, calling her exactly that. I wouldn’t do it now; everyone is free to do and feel whatever they want, but at the time they were MY most hated band. They represented all that blandness (translated into music) that I hoped we had left behind in the '80s. And even worse, they used the structures and stylistic elements of punk (originally, for a very short time, music of rebellion) to spread this blandness even better. For me, a veteran integralist, it was an affront. Anyway, the record remains an abomination all the same.

After more than a year, I finally managed to download it... well, in the meantime I had also forgotten about it. I definitely like it a lot.

the unsettling cover definitely makes an impression, and I would like the initial statement of intent on my tombstone. These days I prefer to live, so I guess this record isn’t for me. Great job, Sascia.

My rating would be a 3.5, but unfortunately, until half votes are introduced, I always tend to round down. Also, open, I have my own grading scale for new releases. 4/5 is the max I give; there’s no maximum rating for an album that hasn’t had the time to settle and hasn’t yet faced the test of "time." That’s why it’s a 3. Anyway, I'm definitely going to Cattolica to see them. By the way, caz, I sent you a private msg, did you see it? They tell me the theater has few seats, but apart from su perkele, I have no news about the concert. Would somebody help me please?

Dear Norberto, it’s me who messed up the title because I “messed up” too much while reviewing it...

Ah, damn it, I messed up the album title too, I was still half asleep when I sent it to you. Can you fix the huge mistake?
