I sprinkle guano on my head as always in front of your musical archeoresearches. You can find the record even without slsk on the Mutant Sounds blog. Now I’ll listen to it and then I’ll comment with informed understanding.

Kosmo, who the hell is Bushido? I don't understand this stereotypical fascination of the new hip hop generation with Japan; it makes me hate having studied the language, damn it. Damn Jarmusch and when he made Ghost Dog. This guy I've never seen or heard, but I WANT the gold-plated microphone stick!!!!

Be careful, trell, this month Rumore made a huge mistake that could ruin their reputation for good, namely electing as album of the month a piece of junk that's been circulating online for months, that is, the new Death Cab For A Cutie, a knockoff with just one decent single and the rest of the album from a German band similar to Death Cab called Velveteen...if word gets out they’ll be hit with a massive fine, at the very least.

I was listening to it in the car on Friday, really a nice record. What’s missing from the last one are the noise rants by Comets on Fire that make this one very captivating.

taken at the time of its release, because I was struck by another morning stoner. However, I realized that it really wasn't for me. The album bored me practically right away. I listened to it again a month ago, but I think it had been collecting dust next to the Mars Volta for 4 years. 2002 wasn't a good vintage, but it didn't shine much musically either, especially for stuff like Interpol...

simply one of my favorite books, surreal, grotesque, violent (but not in the common sense), comedic. A stroke of genius. Oh, I just realized now that I haven't read this but Meno di Zero mentioned by Junio.

Brother Ubu, Scaruffi and Ondarock don't have a consistent line because they are the result of different people with different opinions about records. In fact, some people from Ondarock collaborate with Scaruffi; if you look at the profiles of some of them, they even mention it. Maybe this is their greatest merit, that is, being varied in opinions. But according to my tastes, they hit 70 out of 100 with their ratings and judgments. We agree on rewarding those who deserve it, but the internet has already done that, allowing me to sift through the enormous amount of crap that is now published monthly, rewarding only those that deserve it with my purchases... however, such meritocracy is and must be PERSONAL. There is no Ondarock or Scaruffi that holds sway; if it’s worth it, I decide and nothing else. These two sites do not possess the gift of objectivity or an absolute musical taste (but this applies to any others, including Debaser).

Great Hormonauts! They came to play at a friend's restaurant about 7 years ago, and it was a revelation, especially because the concert continued in the street.

I missed it Lewis...and I was about to publish one on the Rimini one the day before, the usual 2 hours and 45 minutes of madness, with a spine-chilling final Vortex Surfer. But my review is, let's say, of a "religious" approach.
