I fell in love with Televise too (thanks trell :) ). I was about to write a review myself, I was just waiting because it hasn't been released here in Europe yet. It's strange to read comments like that anonymous one, claiming that Collisions is inferior to the others, especially to Televise. I think that Calla makes beautiful albums, yes, but all the same, or better, their "sad and sweet" style, to quote Strangler, is always easily recognizable (and that's a point in its favor, in my opinion). So I don't understand. Anyway, this is a nice album, maybe not a 5, but definitely valid. I will wear it out like the one before.
Dillinger Escape Plan & Mike Patton Irony Is A Dead Scene

I read it again calmly, because you know... in the morning at 8 something slips away :).
I just noticed that there’s also a quote from the film Ken Park (or am I wrong, Stràfiko?), whoever guesses it wins a bunch of Caz's pubic hair. To Stràfiko, another one:

awesome stràfiko! "Hello, I’m General Patton, I’m cooler than Oliver Hutton. If your side project has an Italian name, it sets my butt on fire!"
The Cure The Head On The Door

Six Different Ways is, along with One Hundred Years, my favorite song by the Cure. The Cure must be my jam by contract, or my girlfriend will smack me.
Casino Royale CRX
Voto:
this record is beautiful, as far as I'm concerned ska should be banned.
Sparks Kimono My House

Winmx has been shut down if I'm not mistaken. They did well! Get to work, pirates!

partially, you could have done a review, huh. I saw that you're "specialized" in live shows :). Unfortunately, I've never seen them; from the stories Trellheim told me, they're a powerhouse live. I'm reevaluating John Congleton a lot; some time ago I appreciated certain albums produced by him more than his music. Now, for the almost obsessive attention to sound and certain "neuroses" in the music, I would compare him to two other great musician-producers, Steve Albini and Trent Reznor.
