Nice review Josi_. I added the album to my virtual "shopping list." I was at Mediaworld some time ago and saw it on the shelves, but Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" led my hand towards other shores... Salud!

Are you gay or do you like girls who are kind of like preppy?

Anyway, I still don't follow you: <<<I've always been recommended The Piper at the Gates of Dawn as the most beautiful CD by Pink Floyd, so I take note of that; however, perhaps because it's more commercial, I like Dark Side more.>>> If you haven't listened to it, how can you say that?

The Division Bell is from the post-Waters era and, in my humble opinion, it's an album that barely escapes the "crappy" label. It's a futile attempt by Gil to dust off everything that has been done before, word for word. To say it’s a Floyd album seems to me a bit far-fetched. The Wall, on the other hand, is a great album that fits perfectly after the commercial phase of the trilogy Dark Side + Wish + Animals. The best of the Floyd can be found in the early albums (The Piper, ASOS, Meddle, and the fabulous Live at Pompeii), provided you like psych, of course...

I'm sorry UcCaBaRuCcA, from your last comment I must conclude that you are not familiar with all the other works of the Floyd, right? Right. So how can you say: <<<maybe it's not the most beautiful album by Pink Floyd, but it's definitely the one that represents them best>>>? It's pure curiosity on my part. Of course, we'll help you navigate the maze of Floyd's discography, but don’t write nonsense. The Floyd have already been discussed extensively on DeB, your review doesn't add anything of value to the Database, do you follow me?

But are those in the cover dwarves? :)

I keep saying, though, that the unplugged can't be compared to the others. It's a different project. I can't compare the beauty of a Ducati to that of a Ferrari...
