Deep Purple Slaves And Masters

You go give that bigoted, stupid and trite opinion to some other loser!!! You can express your opinion without adding these insults. I consider your behavior very childish, indeed!!! I find the album pathetic, not because it's AOR or any other label, but simply because I don't think it measures up to other works. I've already expressed my thoughts on Turner... These are opinions, my dear... So don’t come calling me stupid just because I think differently from you!! Think about that last thing.

Thanks for the heads-up, Lazy. I hadn't noticed... Maybe because I didn't listen to "Mirrors" properly since it didn't quite satisfy me on the first listen.

The spacing is still missing... this time I'm sure I didn't get it wrong...
Deep Purple Shades Of Deep Purple
Voto:
The Deep's debut is quite immature, apart from the fitting "Hush," which is still included in the concert setlist. Personally, "Help" made me cringe; I didn’t appreciate the purple-like version.
Andrea Mingardi Ciao Ragaz (Live in Dialetto)
Voto:
As a Bolognese, I can’t help but praise you for tackling the review of Mingardi. A legend. Both musically and in terms of lyrics, he "gives" us a truly exceptional album... The duet with Guccini in "Fira Ed S.Lazar" is splendid. Those who don’t understand the buggnaiss are a bit left out, but they miss out on a hilarious performance by the storyteller Andrea.
Aerosmith Permanent Vacation
Voto:
Marks the return of Aerosmith. A really solid album with great songs, even though I prefer the subsequent "Pump" to this one. However, there's also some good stuff in "Get A Grip" that shouldn't be overlooked. The title track and "Eat The Rich" are 5-star tracks.

Bah! I don't really get cover albums... isn't it called Marvin Gaye??

While I appreciate the subsequent works like "Balls To The Walls" and "Restless And Wild," I absolutely dismiss this one. Unworthy production and the songs don't fare any better. Already with the following "I'm A Rebel," things start to improve.
Ben Harper Burn to Shine

The review is a bit brief. Anyway, I agree with your opinion. A rock twist for Ben, who treats us to great songs. One above all, "The Woman In You." Its emotional crescendo and Ben's distinctive voice in this track are amazing!
Ben Harper Welcome to the Cruel World

5 stars seems a bit exaggerated. It peaks with "Fight For Your Mind." Anyway, it's a good debut. In "I'll Rise," you can already hear gospel influences that will culminate in the last CD with the Blind Boys Of Alabama.
