There's no point in comparing the latest album with any of the previous Giubbo albums, they are too different. Anyway, while I'm familiar with them all, I agree with you that the last one is an unattainable masterpiece... as for the Plaid, they are one of the bands I've promised myself to get to know... it's just a matter of time... I'll let you know.

Just a couple of minor things didn't convince me in an album that still boasts masterful tracks like "radian," "caramel prisoner," and "electronic performers"... Overall, a good album that deserves to be recognized primarily for its originality.

Great album, even though when I talk about Marlene I tend to shy away from categorization... they have been something more to me than just a simple band; their lyrics are part of my life and my thoughts, their melodies accomplices inspiring needy states of mind... they are and will always be a tremendous emotion.
