True Widow As High as the Highest Heavens and from the Center to the Circumference of the Earth

In summary, would DeBaser be your toilet? Wow.

Already from the middle of the third piece, the yawns have started relentlessly: perhaps I had too hearty a breakfast that requires a greater oxygen supply to the circulatory system (not to the brain since I only have one neuron anyway). Who knows.

As much as the story isn't exactly the height of originality and relies on rather overused situations in the cinematic realm (the brooding lone hero with a broken heart, a couple of nasty gangsters, roaring engines and corresponding wild chases through traffic), the film flows and unfolds, often slowly, with pleasure: thanks to effective direction and a pair of actors worthy of the title. There were at most 15 people in the theater. After all, in the adjacent screenings, there were both The Smurfs 2 and 3D. Eh.

I would have liked to see it just as much as the new Sorrentino: too bad that in the four different cinemas, and the corresponding 26 screening rooms within reach of a wrecking wheel, the programming was practically identical: the new Almodovar, Smurfs both 2 and 3D, Ex-Friends, How to Do Everything [aka a film about nothing], FinalCountdown 5, that other horror whose title I can't remember, Abduction, and Drive. For the record, and not without some hesitation, I chose (and appreciated) the latter. Then they say that people who go to the cinema to see Italian films only watch the nonsense: thanks a lot.

I agree on everything. But especially with the space between the 'a'p'o's't'r'o'f'o and important.

If this is the exemplification of true Dream Pop, after listening to "Feel" (and the fragments around it), I have come to the undeniable conclusion that Dream Pop just doesn't grab me. A bit like the mentioned Animal Collective and Neon Indian. Not really. Suggestive DePagina, in any case. Or Vùàr.

Iuri Ypsilon, in the sense that the Canadian director's work is a remake of the film FilmUP - Recensione: Prendimi l'anima by Roberto Faenza?

Oh yeah: as if we had made an agreement: NY-noiserock Uber Alles!! But then again, DeBa is beautiful for this reason too, besides, of course, the thousand-and-one DeRecense on the Dramaticoturnodieventi, right?

The choice was between this, the latest from Almodovar and Cronenberg; I opted for the latter, perhaps due to my archaic pseudo-psychological studies: maybe I would have been better off watching this. Who knows.
