Neko Case The Worse Things Get, the Harder I Fight, the Harder I Fight, the More I Love You

Accidempoli!
But I hear a lot of DeGente with the so-called counterthings here.
I didn't quite understand if it's stuff (also) for me.
Just to be sure, I’ll give it a taste.
Otherwise, no.

From the Urania series, I remember with (moderate) pleasure a few volumes I had the chance to purchase centuries ago. One in particular, written by Valerio Evangelisti, set in the Nuragic land with the protagonist Inquisitor Nicolas Eymerich, I remember quite fondly. Just for the record, I personally preferred the full-page illustrated covers of Urania; however, it is also true that those with the circle better defined the series.

Eh.
We were all young back then.
In Rino Tommasi's book from a few years ago, "Da Kinshasa a Las Vegas Via Wimbledon - Forse ho visto troppo sport," there is extensive discussion about the legendary fight in Kinshasa.
He commented on the match as a journalist and TV commentator.
Although for several years he was also an organizer of boxing-related events.
If, perhaps, you haven't come across it, give it a chance.
P.S.
Beautiful (and heartfelt) DePagina.

I'm twenty-eight too.
I've turned that age.
I swear.
The when is not particularly significant, is it?

The titles of the tracks, at times, excite me. A piece called "Olovisione in parte terza" would deserve to be listened to just for the nomenclature. I'm afraid, however, that the music contained therein may not live up to the title: in the sense that I am (certainly) not capable of appreciating it as one should.

The film, beloved ConFratello Sottomaggiore, forgive me, but, as much as I haven't read the tome it’s based on, as far as [Pt.II] is concerned, it is of monumental ugliness. In its own way, an absolute cornerstone!
White Zombie Make Them Die Slowly
Voto:
Definitely my favorite from Zombie Bianco, perhaps also because I met them (and immediately liked them) exactly through this artifact. Regarding the Sacred Niuiorchean Trimurti invoked (Helmet, Prong, and W.Z.), I recall an ancient article on one of the early Rumore [early nineties] by Claudio Sorge that outlined the bubbling scene mentioned earlier. Maybe we are just withered nostalgics: darn it, after all today is Natalo, and we are all (somewhat more or less) very good in terms of type 2 diabetes.
Sufjan Stevens The Greatest Gift Mixtape – Outtakes, Remixes, & Demos from Carrie & Lowell
Voto:
Yes, it’s true, necessarily a “fragmentary” job. But by no means discreditable. At times, oh well.

Ah! Sufjan!
One of my mostly preferred semi-young American musicians.
But this album, maybe I listened to it too little, or rather I perhaps listened to it poorly, I set it aside/veiled it quite hastily as well.
Great opportunity to (re)visit it and verify that what I hear there corresponds to what is (well) written here.
Let’s go!

I fear that this (musical) shield, as heartfelt and moving as it may be, can do little against the growing and increasingly pervasive "human narrow-mindedness," which is now assuming, under various banners but with a unanimous physiology, a global dimension.
Perhaps it is the very intrinsic nature of man that is narrow-minded: hence, there is little to be surprised about when it happens.
That said, this is a beautiful (and heartfelt) DePagina. And by no means narrow-minded, ça va sans dire.
