Bugo Sguardo contemporaneo

Bugo, beyond everything, is someone I like. I saw him live and he seemed (quite) unbalanced to me: a bit like all of us.

Ah, is that the one from "Informer"?

Back in 1992, it was everywhere, worse than Marco Damilano in today's LA7 television talk shows.
In fact, I had completely zoned out from it: and it’s not necessarily a bad thing.

A thousand million years ago, a friend with an disproportionate musical knowledge lent me one of their records featuring a flying green teapot on the cover, singing its praises to me.
Maybe I liked it.
Maybe not.
I don't remember anything at all anymore.
Perhaps I should start getting high (on infusions of sage and marjoram) to begin to remember things.

I don't know the album, but as far as I'm concerned, the (more) soft atmospheres don't really fit with the scorching heavy metal. You either have to be a genius with brilliant ideas, or the result is 99.5% likely to be shaky. Curiously enough, I recently got their ridiculously raw debut, "Penetralia," of which I still have three tracks that I really liked on an archaic mixtape of songs stolen/recorded from Claudio Sorge's show on RaiStereoNotte back in the day. I'm an old, crinkly metalhead, I know.

However, I wanted to remind the DeViandanti that, back then, on the ground of DeBasio, ten years ago, there was a tecno-e-logical device designed by @[G] that allowed one to listen [with the ears] to the text contained in the DePagina.
This allowed a tired and exhausted one from the noise of modern life to enjoy the DePagina with eyes closed [after clicking the device] and in peace.
All of this is no more.
Alas.

In my opinion, you are looking for troubles there. But don't you know that in #itaglia the paladin of #primalitaglianità, fighting against drug trafficking that has been in the hands of organized crime for decades, wants to abolish the extremely dangerous dealers, with VAT registration and fixed sales points, of pseudo-cannabinoid weed (sage and/or marjoram, in this case)? Just think about what he'll do against you, dispensers of #peaceandloveLSD!

I finally managed to watch it in peace (even if "in installments"). The film is indeed enjoyable and has its moments: however, considering the subject matter and having been impressed by Him in the excellent "Gran Torino," I honestly expected a bit more. But if only we had more sprightly ninety-year-olds like Grandpa Clint.

I deeply envy you: magnificently foolishness is one of my greatest aspirations.

At times, I can also hear a fair dose of Fugazi and Helmet in between. I'd say it's a great example of typical genuine Italian rock: strange that they've never been given a chance on any nice Italian TV show, just like champions of tricolor rock such as Ligabue and Litfiba.

I haven't seen this, but speaking of western films that are not so western, I recently watched "Familiye" by Kubilay Sarikaya & Sedat Kirtan, set in Germany.

I would say it deserves a look.
Or even two.
