The Punisher

I express myself this way because I sign as The Punisher and I "speak as" a punisher and "reason" as a punisher. When I expressed myself in other terms (and with other nicknames), I also expressed myself differently, and many know that, just like you. It's a quirk, I call it "adherence to the character," which is the same that you adopt (I hope). And now let's change the subject because to the eyes of those who read us, it seems like a dialogue between two brain-dead individuals from a hospital. Bye :-)

Dear my little wreck, I don't believe I'm a slave to anything (at least in this internet reality of mine, very different from the real one). The only "slavery" I've imposed on myself is to review, or rather "write about," albums that I don't like, which interests little to nothing the other reviewers, often pompous and proud to find some gem or to talk about it in a know-it-all and grandiloquent manner as a demonstration of virtue and intelligence above average.
My path is different. I engage in Simil-destructive-criticisms ONLY because it amuses me, because I like to "play" with language (for those who haven't understood...) without constraints or limits other than my own. I try as much as possible not to repeat myself, even if I don't always succeed. For me, it’s a game and also an "intellectual" challenge. If the little game doesn't always "work," oh well: no one is obligated to read them, I’m not paid to write them, and no one pays to be here.
And then the "slave of such (to others reproached) way-of verbal-ejecting" (as you say) I believe is something that concerns you more than me. Unless you express yourself that way in normal life, which would be even more concerning. Bye.

I could discuss death and related topics with you for hours, and end up with nothing to show for it. At a theoretical level, we can talk about everything, but when a parent, a child, or someone you love dies, ALL THE BEAUTIFUL THEORIES go down the drain, and it’s very hard to come out of it and act like "zen bystanders" or wise philosophers. Trust me, I know something about it. :-)
