xcameli11: I had voted based on hearsay from half of the Italian music press who, as usual, had blown the matter out of proportion. After a listen, my vote was scaled back (but I had little time to reflect on it: everything happened between the flash of an intuition and its implementation and subsequent dispatch: exactly 16 minutes). x Randolph Candler: experimentation cannot IMPLY a path to be undertaken "by definition"... experimentation means to dismantle or shift the markers assigned by common conventions, and this CANNOT happen through calculation or planning: experimentation takes place through a short circuit between intuition, madness, and “healthy” recklessness. The same difference Duchamp perceived when he presented a regular urinal as "sculpture" back in 1917. That was experimentation and, as always, it occurred almost by chance. Like this pseudo-review (with all due proportions... ehm :-))

Sorry, but there are things that cannot be judged on parameters of BEAUTIFUL or UGLY, RIGHT or WRONG, COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE because they fall outside the normal expressive standards. In my humble opinion, a "thing" like this (to call it a review would be wrong) is one of these.

The disc seems intriguing... mh, the samples are always great (if only I could make them myself, although, for the reviews I write, maybe it's better WITHOUT :-)))

How can you be so sure?! Are you the singer or the roadie?! :-))
Sergio Endrigo Quando la musica è poesia

I don't like reviews that start with "Born in Pola in 1933..." it already makes me lose interest... the opening is TOO IMPORTANT and if you mess that up, good luck trying to recover... anyway, just my personal opinion as always... I've never liked Endrigo (nor have I delved into it, I’m being honest).

Mhhh... a DEEPLY profound doubt both about the review and the album...

I’m not convinced by this band, although I recognize a "certain way" of presenting themselves that I FEAR is heavily influenced by some marketing office with some guts... but I wouldn't want to judge randomly... some singles are quite on point, though!
