Did I happen to say that it WASN'T great? NO.........
Did I say that an album that hasn't renewed itself must be UGLY? NO.........
You bring the Stones into the conversation with an elementary equation "if they are great, then Dylan is too"...did I claim that Dylan is NOT among the milestones of Rock? NO......... I only said that this is an album 1) Unmotivated 2) with little to say 3) not renewed at all (in fact, if anything, devolved and regressed; just listen to the awful acoustics..). Yes, okay, it's nice, but rather than end up being the "nice fossil" in provincial circuses, I would have chosen to end my career differently: that's all.

"All in all, one should be very happy"... after all, I would have expected a little more courage from this old lion: it’s not enough to always praise him for the work he did 20 years ago (and, if we want to be honest, much earlier)... to publish an album, an artist (of this caliber) must have 1) Strong motivations 2) New things to say 3) The ability to renew themselves at least a bit... all things that Mr. Dylan seems to have inexorably lost. It would be right then to live off the beautiful moments of the past, write books, give lectures, have an occasional appearance here and there, produce young talents, who knows, be reborn as a "man" and not feel compelled to "never step off the stage" to avoid facing his presumably problematic life as a man rather than as an artist. This is obviously my opinion, which will mean nothing to most of you, but that's how I see it and I’m expressing my thoughts. It seems too biased, sycophantic, and referential, therefore not very objective and reliable.

Esteemed Dr. Tollani, I do not know the record in question... I am somewhat familiar with the style of our own (I have an old cassette that I wore out listening to it when I was about 12). However, reading and rereading the review, I must indeed commend the skillful use of the 4 words that perfectly capture the essence of the work and distill the essence of their sound. Therefore, I recalibrate the rating ON the review (since the group, listened to now, I consider valid from a nostalgic, sentimental perspective and a bit more!). Besos!

Asputello... Francesco is very upset that you didn’t mention him... let’s hope this doesn’t give him the right to register with another fake, or I’ll be in deep trouble (especially for me since I can't keep up with managing them all!!)... :-)))

I liked this album for its calmness and relaxation... it’s true that they vaguely mimic Simon & Garfunkel, but the chords of KoC are more complex as is the structure of the songs.

...and I think it is also a very courageous and unconventional choice to award her with Serie A (in the left column). Congratulations to the editor!

Great review that perfectly summarizes everything there is to know about this group and their style (I also wrote an even shorter review on Jimi Hendrix). However, 5 stars is really too much...

Why don't you write a "serious" review since you've actually listened to it in full and speak so poorly of it... come on, you could allow yourself a scathing review every 200, right?
