Background music to create that relaxed atmosphere that "feels fancy but doesn’t interfere" without listening to what’s being played... this is my wife’s favorite record when she has to cook for an evening with "bourgeois" friends and talk about all sorts of useless nonsense (and it works perfectly for that purpose!!) ... when I organize the dinners, we listen to "something else" or we don’t listen to anything at all (since I’m already there talking drunkenly!!) :-)))
