Tinto Brass really gets on my nerves: I HATE his way of making movies, his FAKE and sugary sets, his semi-slutty actresses, not to mention the stories, the screenplays, and his dialogues: childish, didactic, and lacking any depth. I can't save anyone... not even Senso 45 with Galliena!!

If there’s anything to save in this film, it’s DEFINITELY the "showy" aspect (as you call it) because it has very little in terms of plot (and that little often seems to be missing... just like the last films of Tarantino, coincidentally!)

Golakordi: you confuse CINEMA with a nice STORY. Here there is vision, rhythm, suspense, and inventiveness galore: in one word CINEMA... if you're looking for A STORY, A PLOT, or different emotions, you need to watch other films... not this one. I love watching both kinds, knowing how to make the necessary distinctions.
