This album marks for me the beginning of Clapton's downward trajectory (which is two notches below the unplugged from two years earlier).

An album that almost retraces "note for note" the previous records (with minor variations). Nice for 10/15 minutes, then it becomes exceedingly boring and cloying. If you wait for the end of the album, it’s really hard to think about putting it on again for the second time! I (who already have 3 of their albums) sold it at a flea market for 8 €, which I would say is well earned. However, the review is nice and deserves praise.

Well-made album and intriguing in some ways. I haven't read the reviews, and I don't think I will.

Cute album. Perhaps one of the best, but in my opinion, this band has been way too overrated for what they have produced...

AdoneTabagista: you rant aimlessly, spitting venom like the old bitter ones, and you can't justify a damn thing... as usual. YOU would be the LAST on the list to have the right to talk badly about me... who the hell are you with that nickname? introduce yourself with another name and maybe I’ll remember something.

Clearly, you JUDGE the "myth" and not what is "heard" from the JD TODAY - September 2008 ... Just challenge the MYTH and immediately there’s a flood of meaningless protests about the "Punisher Bla Bla," incapable of justifying any controversy... ugh.

Well... I've listened to them again lately and I must admit that their musical proposal NOW seems quite outdated to me. They've aged well, for sure, but if the singer hadn't committed suicide, creating the whole Legend of Jan Curtis, I don't know what would have become of them now... honestly... The review is accurate and well done, although a bit "cool."

Let's avoid, if possible, reviewing dogs and pigs, okay?

I like...

Cute. Pleasant little music. Hazy and slightly faded stuff. Soft and bleached little songs that find just the right time for a couple of listens before ending up forgotten like millions of other CDs similar to this one....
