If I'm not mistaken, it's the last album from the collaboration with Mogol. Many songs from the album have entered the History of Italian Music, but, alas, the electronic arrangements with the '80s synths are horrifying! Rece written poorly.

...of the film, I only remember 3/4 scenes (including the one with the truck on the bridge attacked by the alien spaceship, which, by the way, is a scene copied from "Monsters vs. Aliens" by Pixar). Apart from that, it's a rather mediocre film in terms of plot and not much more, and it's full of rip-offs (from Mad Max to Dune...)

If The Stranglers have somehow contributed to the creation of today's Enrico Ruggeri (know-it-all, cunning, and fascist-like), we can only acknowledge it. An energetic and powerful band at the time, but they aged poorly. Just like Ruggeri.
