Overlooking the choices of the editors, which I sometimes do not agree with (but this is absolutely not one of those cases), the comments from killgod on the matter seem completely out of place, as well as Lewis's (understandable) response where he uses the adjective "merdallaro." Here we go again, another nice page of review tainted by the usual jerk (with no reference to the recently coined synonym) of the moment...

Beautiful Lewis, truly beautiful: music/friendship/feeling, excellent combinations for a remarkable literary fluidity that's pleasantly re-readable :)

MinKia, I had missed all these "fiery" comments among deBaser users. I won’t hide from you that I think we sometimes really hit rock bottom (I use the plural because the de-community is all of us, whether we like it or not).
@Grasshopper: If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about the votes and the average ratings; instead, trust the reliable opinions of the regular (not a few) readers of your reviews, and set aside the anonymous ones.
I’ll conclude by saying that DeBaser is a fantastic site where you can have good discussions about music and related topics with serious people. Like in any other place, there are the bad apples, but if the majority have their heads on straight, the few nuisances quickly disappear.
PS. I wonder: was it Masini's review that sparked all this, or is it part of a discontent that has simmered quietly and then exploded all at once?

one last note: de-generate "britpop," are you crazy?!

I don't agree; it's true that the album has a Pink Floydian atmosphere, but in my opinion, that applies only to the first two songs. For the rest, Zarathustra spoke a sacred truth: Pink Floyd also included Gilmour, and their sound was shaped by him as well. It was inevitable that it would be like this... or did you expect Gilmour to start playing Cuban salsa?!

I give you a 3 for two reasons: 1. The album had already been reviewed; 2. The comparison with Lennon-McCartney. @punisher: I have already taken advantage of it, too bad about the TV sorrisi e canzoni symbol on the CD and the cover...

Well, it was clear... anyway, my question (where are you from?) was just to find out how you knew the Zora... that's all.
