Hi inviperitus, I'm back from a work trip. I left you a message at the bottom of Zooropa. I’d love to know what you think. God Hogart, sorry to bother you, but I have to disapprove of your language with innuendo84. Think about it 100 times before offending him, if nothing else because I believe he's younger than us. Anyway, I don't want to argue, and I also think it's unfair to say that Queen made mistakes considering the talent of those 4 musicians... but I don’t think what he said about anthems was an attack on Queen; from what I understand, he quite likes them. Cheers!

...hi, I’ve been away for 5 days and had to interrupt the "debate." I also believe that "Zooropa" is a very beautiful album, and one of the reasons I detest U2 is that they have squandered their talent and inspiration (which in this experimental album shines at least at the levels of David Bowie’s Low); and I often laugh at their fans because they think that works like these are the least successful, while it’s absolutely the opposite. But I’ve already mentioned this when commenting on "The Joshua Tree." Anyway, inviperitus, with all due respect, I believe that many albums in English pop music released from the mid-'90s onward would not have existed without this important trailblazer. Want some names? Let’s start with Radiohead and "The Bands." Bye :-)
