I don't rate the album and I continue not to rate it because I haven't fully digested it yet. It's a sparse, intense, and closed-off record, like few others. Frankly, I don't understand this frenzy against poor Billy, guilty only of having made an album that looks forward and not back, as some nostalgic people might have wanted... but then, dear folks, you’re already making the same arguments about Smashing Pumpkins that sixty-year-olds make about The Beatles and The Rolling Stones... have mercy... unclog your ears and neurons and listen with the mindset of an inhabitant of the year 2007... regards... voiceface

I don't vote on the album and I continue not to vote on it, because I haven't digested it properly yet. It’s a sparse, intense, and closed-off record like few others, and I don’t feel comfortable passing judgment on it. Frankly, I don’t understand, as the reviewer clearly highlights, this frenzy against poor Billy, guilty only of having made an album that looks forward and not back, as perhaps some nostalgic listeners would have liked... but come on guys, you’re already discussing the Smashing Pumpkins like sixty-year-olds talk about the Beatles and the Rolling Stones... have mercy... unclog your ears and neurons and listen with the mindset of a resident of the year 2007... regards... voiceface
Pink Floyd Obscured By Clouds

I find the review a bit sparse, although it fairly well frames this transitional album... I do not agree with the issue of the song format with which Pink Floyd had dealt in at least three albums, definitely More, but in the first two it wasn’t just suites... the album is not comparable to the best, let alone the various Meddle or OBC... it is a minor album and should be judged as such, even if it has notable pink-floydian elements...

Billy Corgan remains one of the few geniuses still around in rock... well... the thought that a day before the official release of the album there’s a sizable group of know-it-alls who have already labeled it as a piece of shit makes me think a lot...

review whose only record is being the first and I hope not the last of the album...as for the rest, the concepts expressed are those of a mischievous child...why do you want to be the first to throw shade at poor Billy? Or why did you feel the need to write this review and not others?...I haven’t listened to the album, and even if I had the original at home, I would listen to it several times before forming a judgment, especially if it were negative...I wonder why I am one of the few who thinks this way...greetings to everyone, except for the reviewer who is a bit of a fool...

I will listen to the album, great review, Kula Shaker are really good... the reunion is a good thing for pop music...
Tears For Fears Elemental

extraordinary group, it's a pity it gradually lost its way...the recent reunion produced a pretentious and commercial album, but in my opinion, it still contains some very valid ideas that just needed a bit more attention.

Then you try to understand why some people rate reviews with a score that’s one less than the one given to the album... I don’t know.

well written, as usual for eneathedevil... but more than a review, as someone said, it’s an essay, an in-depth analysis...

There is something astonishing about this CD... a dark and mysterious force that has always prevented me from going beyond the second track... and made me let it go after just a few seconds when I tried to skip ahead...
