Nada L'Amore E' Fortissimo E Il Corpo No
Voto:
Those who criticize clearly haven't listened to the album, one of the most beautiful Italian records of the last 10 years. They probably remember Nada from "Ma che freddo fa," "Il cuore è uno zingaro"... Nothing could be further from the truth.

As I was saying, this is a rather bland record; in my opinion, it’s not completely worthless, but the following "Landing on Water" is truly a gallery of the horrific.
Area 1979 Il concerto

No, the one who criticized De Gregori for his lack of political engagement and then married Jo Squillo was Gianni Muciaccia.

Yes, well, it’s a pretty bland album, but I find two or three things I like, for example the duet with Willie Nelson I don’t mind.
Bob Dylan Modern Times
Voto:
Well, I don’t see what strange reason there is to ask Bob Dylan to reinvent himself. It wouldn’t make sense to expect it from him.
Edoardo Bennato e Alex Britti Notte di mezz'estate
Voto:
Yes, nice speech. This piece is truly a colossal load of nonsense. And since it's nonsense, of course the radios play it loudly.
Joe Bonamassa So, It's Like That
Voto:
Well, I have to say that the current crop of American blues guitarists isn't half bad; in a short time, I've listened to albums by Bonamassa, Chris Duarte, Tom Principato, and others that are much more interesting than what Eric Clapton is doing these days. Every now and then, some of these guys even come to Italy.

John Fogerty Blue Moon Swamp
Voto:
For Occulto Supersovrano: John Fogerty's albums might be "uninteresting" only to those who are not fans of the CCR sound. I would perhaps categorize only the self-titled 1975 album (which nonetheless contained "Rockin' all over the world") and "Eye of the Zombie" from 1986 as truly lacking substance.

x primiballi: I know this review isn't my best, also because I usually prefer to write about musicians who are more "challenging" than them. I just wanted to give a bit of attention to characters who were something more than just comedians. I fully agree that today they feel dated. As I said, I watched a little bit of Zelig and they seemed almost unrecognizable. However, I also have to say that I feel a bit sorry that this review is much more followed and commented on than the other one I posted just a few days ago about a musician I consider far more deserving and important: John Fogerty. I would be happy to hear your opinion on this artist as well. Bye.
