Bruce Springsteen The Ghost of Tom Joad
Voto:
As an acoustic album by Bruce Springsteen, at certain moments I prefer it to "Nebraska."
Depeche Mode Memento Mori
Voto:
I would like to point out that the sound engineer of this good album for me is Marta Salogni, an Italian from Capriolo (Brescia), a girl who worked at the Radio Onda d'Urto parties, and who then moved to London to learn the craft, eventually ending up opening her own studio, "Studio Zona", right in London.
Beasts of Bourbon Still Here
Voto:
The only one I know is the excellent "The Low Road" (1991). I have a great memory of it.
Calvin Russell Sam
Voto:
Indeed, Calvin Russell delivers his best in the first two albums, "Sounds From The 4th World" and "Soldier," but the rest isn’t to be overlooked either. Passionate and genuine like few others.
John Lennon & Yoko Ono Some Time In New York City
Voto:
I've revisited the album just these days. Several enjoyable tracks ("John Sinclair," "Woman Is The Nigger...") are present as well, but the unbearable screams of the "nippona che tutto scombina" make it unappealing to me.
Gerardina Trovato Non è un film
Voto:
Gerardina Trovato from Catania. She promised a good career, but after a few years, she completely disappeared.
Lou Reed Lou Reed
Voto:
Overall, the songs would be there too, but the album's production, by Richard Robinson, is embarrassing.
Robben Ford Truth
Voto:
Two years ago, he performed in Breno, in the Camonica Valley, close to my home. I obviously didn't miss it. A great!!
The Bee Gees Idea
Voto:
On "I Started a Joke," I always find myself tearing up...
Pearl Jam Gigaton
Voto:
To me, it seems like a good album, definitely better than the last attempts.
