It seems that Lucky Red is distributing this masterpiece in movie theaters starting mid-November. Great news in the decadent atmosphere of these times.

Hey there, Zion, happy to read you again, in the rare electronic epiphanies of Debaser. I will tackle Autechre sooner or later. As far as I can tell, I can say that this is not a period of great experimentation compared to the past decade. If I can suggest a name that truly pierces the heart, it's the French KANGDING RAY, who records for Alva Noto's Raster Noton. With Stabil and the latest Automne Fold, he has been able to create extremely emotional textures in a structure packed with glitches and refractions but that remains pleasantly melodic. Something that closely approaches the ideal form of a song for the new millennium. If you listen to it, let me know.
Jonathan Safran Foer Molto forte, incredibilmente vicino

I wholeheartedly endorse the poignant reading of this book and greet everyone ;)

Judging by the latest Cosmos, the Mexican Icarus is heading towards the esoteric, moving away from Daedalus (techno) and soaring towards infinity, taking significant risks unlike colleagues like Villalobos who increasingly fly in reassuring portions of the sky. I imagine that the videos also followed abstract and aerial paths.

So psychopomp, tell us tell us after seeing the Mexican in action.
Red Lorry Yellow Lorry Talk About the Weather

"this today" is truly devastating with lyrics more relevant than ever; if today's teenagers listened to some of this music... I might be confusing it with Rockerilla, I should check, but I remember a cover and a nice review dedicated to them after the release of this album.

Great recovery, I recall that Rockerilla chose it as album of the year. The lyrics are definitely above average, just alienated enough to consider the group’s starting approach more punk than gothic. Among the tracks mentioned, I would add "This today."
Soft Cell Non - Stop Erotic Cabaret

www.timpope.tv/index.php?page=84 is still visible. I would call it an "over-the-top" video. It surprises and perhaps disturbs with its nonsensical mix of frenzied bodies, flesh, and unconventional objects? It seems to me that with the rise of the internet, everyone has access to things far more disgusting with just a click. This video, before being a (deliberate) slap in the face of good taste, reflects that visionary and hyper-real suburbia that the early Soft Cell were among the most astute singers of.
Kruder and Dorfmeister The K & D Sessions

Dear Mah! When I go to the hypermarket, I would really love to hear it playing over the speakers. Obviously, on the epic scale, there's a nice De gustibus... but find me another record that so precisely captures the sound spirit of the '90s.

Great Zion, I’m picking this up because they are one of the few 90s groups that have aged well. After inventing a sound or rather a style, they then coasted on it, but their early records had a significant impact on the evolution of club culture.
