I'm not a cinema buff, but I went to see the movie yesterday and I couldn't help but judge it as a good product. The asphalt of Manhattan torn up by grass is really fun to watch, as well as the "hunting" scene with the deer from a racing car (read: an American cliché). As usual, I appreciated the not-so-young Will Smith, but I was quite disappointed by the ending: quick and hasty, it seems insignificant compared to the meticulousness displayed in the initial scenes. Not to mention the veiled allusion to the Promised Land and divine goodness. Overall, I had fun (I even laughed heartily when, from time to time, a vampire tried to break the windows with its head) and I was also reasonably scared during the "tachycardic" scenes (especially because of the subwoofer next to me), but what a waste of potential.

Oh, I'm listening to it now and this album kicks ass!!! The more time goes by, the more I regret not seeing them with Tool in Florence! Damn it!! Great review!!
